VISIONS Center on Blindness (VCB) is a year round, adapted residential vision rehabilitation and training center located designed to meet the needs of people who are blind and their families. VISIONS at Selis Manor is a center for blind youth, adults and seniors, located at 135 West 23rd Street in Manhattan where employment services, support groups, adapted computer training, adapted classes from fitness to photography, assistance with benefits, social programs, volunteers and social work services can be obtained. Blindline® provides a fully accessible website (www.blindline.org) and toll-free number for access to a New York statewide database of resources and services for people who are blind or visually impaired, their family members, caregivers, and professionals.
