Join VISIONS for this extraordinary opportunity to exhibit and showcase your products or services to individuals who are blind and staff who work with the blind community.  Last summer’s Institute was an overwhelming success in great part due to the phenomenal display of assistive technology and blindness services at the Technology Expo.  In response to both vendor and participant feedback, one full day of this summer’s Institute will be dedicated to the Technology Expo.  There will be no other programming offered during the Technology Expo on Monday, July 28th.

Exhibitors will have an opportunity to set up their displays on Sunday evening, July 27th or as early as 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning, July 28th.  The Exhibit Hall will be open from 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 PM, close for lunch from 1:00 – 2:00 PM, and reopen after lunch from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.  Exhibitors will also have an opportunity to offer one-hour presentations or product demonstrations during the Expo upon request.

The cost for the full day exhibition space is $150.

What is included in the Exhibit Fee of $150?

• Includes a reserved 3’x 6’ table, two chairs, signage and identification in printed institute materials. 
• Access to electrical outlets and wireless internet by request
• Meals/lodging for up to two representatives is included in the cost.  (All registered exhibitors are welcome to reside at VISIONS VCB at no additional cost.  Dormitory style single rooms are available to all exhibitors.  Bathrooms are shared.  Alternate accommodations can be made at the following hotels, located conveniently close to the Institute:  Candlewood Suites -Nanuet, NY, Comfort Inn & Suites-Nanuet, NY, or Fairfield Inn & Suites-Spring Valley, NY.)
