VISIONS Unpaid Caregiver Support Program offers free training, support and emergency items
Short-term residential program offering services year-round thru its Weekend and Summer Programs focused on promoting independent movement within its adapted 37.5 acre campus. Program activities encourage health & wellness, social interactions, learning assistive technology and other self-enrichment opportunities in both indoor and outdoor settings.
We are the first senior center exclusively designed for older adults who are blind or severely visually impaired in the United States. Our Center is fully accessible for those with vision loss, but we welcome all seniors, aged 60 years+ to join us. Click on our Program link to find out more!
VISIONS Intergenerational Program operates under VISIONS Center on Aging. The program recruits and trains volunteer high school students to assist blind seniors in their homes, and at Selis Manor. The youth provide escort and assistance with reading, shopping, socialization and technology.
