Vision rehabilitation, recreation and social services for persons who are blind and visually impaired of all ages and their families

Clubs earn VCB patch for a $500+ donation per year.

Lions Longtime Support of VCB is demonstrated by their involvement in:

• Donating funds for camperships ($100/night, $600-$1100)

• VCB’s “Adopt-A-Building Program”

• VCB’s Lions Work Weekends

• Lions VCB Golf Open and other fundraising

• Engrave-A-Brick & Adopt-A-Bench and Chair Programs

• Granting VCB’s “Wish List” of equipment

• Recruitment of VCB staff (18+ yrs old)

• Recruitment of VCB campers (blind and visually impaired people of all ages and their families)

One Family

$2500 pays for an entire family with a blind multidisabled child to have a week of vision rehabilitation, respite and therapeutic recreation at VCB.

$1100 pays for a blind adult or senior to be able to learn new skills and maintain their involvement in activities.

$600 pays for 6 nights of respite for a blind developmentally disabled individual to be able to learn life skills such as cooking while socializing with friends at VCB.
